We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
Your expertise in civil engineering, land development, and project management will be vital in delivering successful and sustainable projects.
This position is hybrid two days a week in office.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion, including coordination with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Oversee and review project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Conduct thorough site investigations, feasibility studies, and due diligence assessments for land development projects.
Prepare and review design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning, environmental, and building codes.
Perform grading and drainage analysis, stormwater management design, utility layout, and road design.
Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate project requirements effectively.
Recommended Skills Architectural Drawing Assessments Building Codes Feasibility Studies Financial Management Grading (Landscape) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
