The primary purpose of this job position is to direct and participate in the marketing, outreach, and lead generation processes organization-wide in accordance with current federal and state regulations, established standards, and company policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Director of Community Relationships & Resident Experience or designee to meet and exceed targeted census goals.
Responsibilities What you will do as a Community Relationships Liaison:
Focus on lead/referral generation, marketing and community outreach in order to assist designated communities in achieving targeted census goals.
Complete proper utilization and usage of reporting features of the leads management software.
Plan and implement structured on and off-site marketing/community service events as listed on each community's marketing plan.
Be responsible for determining and communicating bed availability of assigned communities to social workers/discharge planners and other personnel in local hospitals, nursing facilities and agencies.

Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza and COVID.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
