Responsibilities:
o Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
o Prepare market analysis to estimate properties' value.
o Develop networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and inspectors for smooth transaction processes.
o Organize open houses and other events for potential buyers.
o Provide guidance and facilitate the closing process for real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
o Must be 18 years or oldero High School Diploma or Equivalent.
o Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
o A Real Estate License or ability to get one.
o Have a passion to do work that matters.
o Is a lifelong learner and is willing to grow and learn.
o Can manage a large number of client relationships.
o Be a self-starter.
o High energy and driven to excellence.
Is comfortable wearing multiple hats and is willing to jump in and help get things done.
We are a growing company that is looking for team players.
